Martin D-18 from 1974, in very good condition.
This D-18 dates from the dawn of the 1970s, when Martin dreadnoughts reigned among the most sought-after and used acoustic guitars in the world. Spruce top; mahogany back, sides and neck; rosewood fingerboard, bridge and headstock veneer. To this day, it has a beautiful patina and the usual marks of certain but careful use, and has been equipped with a piezo sensor installed under the bridge saddle, wired to a strap-on jack socket allowing it to be amplified for public performance. Aside from an older drill hole filled in on the bridge, the guitar is free of defects, breaks or restorations. We applied ourselves to refretting the guitar and making a new nut adjusted to the string gauge, followed by a complete setup in order to restore all the playing comfort and accuracy that is possible to obtain from such instruments. .
Sold in a Martin TKL case.
